Finance
Our finance team, under the leadership of the Director of Finance, work diligently to ensure the department meets its fiscal goals and that the residents of the home have their financial needs met. They are a small but mighty team that works collaboratively with each other and all members of the RK team.
The Director of Finance oversees all the departments’ processes. They prepare the monthly financial statements and ensures the home is in line with regulations and in good financial health. Sheila MacNeil is in charge of resident accounts. She invoices the residents and sees to their safekeeping needs. Sheila interacts with the residents and their families to ensure they have answers to any questions that might arise. Cecilia Delorey is our payroll coordinator and works vigilantly to ensure that payment of wages are timely and accurate. Cecilia also uses the same attention to detail when making payments to the home’s extensive vendor list.
Working together the department maintains the highest of standards and keeps the values of the home in the forefront of all they do.
