RNs and LPNs provide resident centered care that addresses the needs of each resident including, care, wound care, palliative care, diabetes management, and chronic disease management. Develop resident centered care plans in collaboration with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams. We have opportunities for growth and Leadership roles and many of our Nurses who started with us as Grads and student CCAS spend their career with us.
