Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) provide resident centered vital services to residents who need support in their daily lives. Residents depend on CCAs to support care, safety, and well-being to enrich their quality of life by providing personal care and other activities to help them live well. CCAs assist residents in meaningful activities, including social interactions and recreation.
CCAs make a real difference in the lives of the Residents while being supported by a network of leaders, services, community connections, and health care professionals.
