Damian Lee Welsh
Damian joined the RK Senior Leadership Team in June 2025.
A lifelong resident of Antigonish, Damian is a seasoned, multi-disciplined management professional with extensive experience in industrial food operations and remote camp lodging across Western Canada. He brings decades of leadership across the restaurant and food service industries, the retail sector, and the call center industry—consistently leading with a focus on quality, service, and cleanliness.
He is a graduate of Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), holding diplomas in Business Administration / Marketing and Computer Systems Management and Support.
In his personal time, Damian is an avid fly fisherman, a well-known fly tyer, and author who enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion with others.
